We ordered the chicken rice bowl and the milk pudding and both were super delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the milk pudding had the perfect creamy sweetness. The cafe itself is beautifully designed, warm, clean, and inviting. You can tell it’s a popular spot for families, which makes the atmosphere feel really cozy and welcoming. The service was great too, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.

Great Turkish restaurant serving classic Mediterranean foods. Staff attentive and friendly. Food is delicious and quick service. Hummus and falafel are terrific. Portions good and you will go home full.

After a deep search for that perfect spot—a place that was both tranquil and vibrantly alive, serving a standout breakfast and brunch—I struck gold at Turkish Lazuri Cafe. I brought my friend and her daughters here with high hopes, and I am thrilled to say it exceeded every one. From the moment you step in, the authentic Turkish ambiance wraps around you. It’s elegant and fancy, yet warmly inviting. We came for the acclaimed entrees, but the pastries are even better than the photos. It’s a breathtaking array of pastries, cakes, and sweets that promises a difficult decision. Our experience was beautifully guided by our server, Ozge. She is the heart of this gem—a consummate professional with a sweetheart’s warmth. When we hesitated over the menu, her knowledge was our compass. She explained dishes with passion and helped us craft an order that was a journey in itself. At the cake counter, her suggestions were spot-on; we were so enchanted that my friend and I both left with boxes of sweet treasures to share with our families. The coffee? Perfection. I enjoyed it so much I had to order a second cup—it was that rich and just right. It’s a fancy experience with regular prices, where everything feels thoughtfully prepared, impeccably clean, and served with speedy freshness. We left utterly happy, and I felt a proud glow for having found such a place. Turkish Lazuri Cafe is a masterclass in getting every detail right. Whether you’re planning a leisurely breakfast, a celebratory brunch, a full lunch, or simply coffee with a yummy pastry. You’ll leave feeling lucky, just as we did.

Stopped by here for the first time after their reopening and th food is banging as usual in a more chic style setup. We went all out and got a full meal. Started off with the homemade ayran - loved this, though a little sour this time around. The kelle pacha soup is incredible, my only regret is agreeing to share it. Next time I'm getting myself a full bowl, maybe two. Don't skip on this soup. We got the lamb kebab - the meat was tender and didn't have any sinue bits. Highly recommend. We also got the iskander - wish the meat was cut a little thinner. May skip this next time, we spotted manti on another table and I have my eyes on that. The meal ended with cay and kunefe, best end of the meal. At the beginning of the meal they bring out this oil to dip your bread in - I wish they bottle that up and sell it, we will be first in line. Well definitely be back to try other stuff on the menu. If this were closer to home, it would be a great takeout place.

A friend was craving for some Turkish coffee, we ended having a full meal. Everything on the menu looked great but everything that we ordered were delicious. Big servings, staff were very friendly, gave us great suggestions. Parking sucks coz of the location but that’s city life for you, and it’s worth the trip. I suggest you take the T. And make sure that you don’t skip dessert. We actually went overboard. 10/10, definitely coming back!

We tried out Turkish lazuri cafe, great place in Allston that stays open late. We tried their lamb platter, chicken platter, and manti which are turkish dumplings. The lamb was well cooked and tender. The chicken platter well grilled and the smoky flavor made it even tastier. We also tried their tres leches cake and it was delicious. Entire menu is halal.

We had an absolutely incredible experience!!!! The food was absolutely delicious, every bite was amazing!!! What really stood out to us, though, was the exceptional customer service. The waiter was incredibly friendly and said my pleasure after every interaction, which added such a nice personal touch. The food was fresh, and the ambiance was just perfect. We'll definitely be back! Everything was 1000000/10

We’ve been meaning to try this place ever since it opened, and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic—simple, authentic, and beautifully executed. You know you’ve found a winner when your wife takes a bite, looks up, and makes that unmistakable sound of pure food joy. Bonus points for a kids’ menu that actually features Turkish dishes instead of the usual nuggets-and-burgers rut. Our daughter loved it just as much as we did. Service was warm and relaxed—attentive without hovering. We’ll definitely be back, both for quick lunches and a proper family Turkish breakfast on the weekend. A real neighborhood gem.
